  • Fraud, scams, or phishing attempts
  • Distribution of spam or unsolicited commercial email
  • Hacking, unauthorized access, or security breaches
  • Distribution of malware or viruses
  • Money laundering or other financial crimes

4.2 Content Standards

Your content must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
• Promote discrimination or hate
• Contain false or misleading information

5. Hosting Terms

5.1 Hosting Responsibility

USER RESPONSIBILITY: As the website owner, you are fully responsible for:

• All content hosted on your website
• User interactions and data on your website
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Backup and security of your website data
• Any legal consequences arising from your website content

5.2 Resource Usage

You agree not to:

• Exceed allocated resource limits without authorization
• Use excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth resources
• Host file sharing or torrent services
• Run cryptocurrency mining operations
• Send excessive email or engage in spamming

5.3 Backup and Data Loss

While we provide hosting services, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining regular backups of your website data
• Implementing your own security measures
• Any data loss due to your actions or omissions

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Web Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

6.3 DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with the required information.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Fees and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen service plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

7.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.

7.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to charge late fees and collection costs.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect current billing cycles.

IMPORTANT LIMITATION: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
